2010 Artwalk Parade Guidelines

The following guidelines must be followed:

• 1. Everyone must be in costume without exception.
• 2. All entries must be handmade and people powered. Motorized vehicles (other than wheelchairs) and live animals (other than working dogs) are not permitted
• 3. No written words are allowed on costumes &/or props, without permission of the Parade organizers.
• 4. Entries and costumes must be non-commercial. Clothing/Costumes must be free of words, registered trademarks, logos, or cartoon characters.
• 5. Uniforms representing teams, schools, or any organization/business may not be worn during the parade
• 6. Entries may not propagandize a particular religious or political belief
• 7. Distribution of leaflets or flyers along the parade route is not permitted
• 8. All parade participants participate at their own risk.  Waivers are required for all participants.
