Students from St. Francois Xavier learned first-hand this week about the beauty of an original printing press.

"They wanted to expand with different forms of art," said Dympna DeVoy, of the Lawrence House Centre for the Arts, who helped nearly a dozen high school students from Grades 9 through 12 try their hands at printmaking for the first time.

LHCA Receives Canada Council Grant

The purpose of this grant is to present a "Celebratory workshop showcasing musical cultural diversity encouraging youth to build inner strength through musical engagement"
